Finn Hollow Coffee Shop is a Finnish-inspired neighborhood café celebrating good coffee, simple food and Nordic culture.
We're honored to be moving into the old Swede Hollow Café location in St. Paul. After almost 30 successful years, Swede Hollow gives us some big shoes to fill.
We're thrilled at the opportunity to continue the local coffee shop tradition and aim to be worthy stewards of this community landmark. Congratulations Swede Hollow Café and thank you for your hard work and community service over three decades and four owners!

Finnish Food, Coffee + Things We Love
The Finn Hollow menu will take inspiration from the everyday foods and rituals of Finland, and will include some American favorites, too. Finn Hollow celebrates the philosophy of the famous Finnish coffee break: sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop what you're doing and have a cup of coffee with another human being.
Community gathering place
We're a locally owned café where neighbors know they are welcome, people gather around tables, and the East Side has a place that feels like its own.
Custom Finnish-roast coffee
We serve a custom light Arabica roast in the Finnish tradition. We have all the fun drinks, but our core offering is plain and black, the Finnish way.
Finnish and American baked goods
We partner with a local bakery to offer delicious Finnish baked goods with the singular cardamom flavor. We also have American favorites and some savory offerings, too.
Selected Finnish goods
We import a rotating selection of Finnish candy and goods, including Fazer products and of course, Finnish salmiakki licorice.
Sauna retreats
Come for the coffee, stay for a sauna retreat. We offer a unique, guided sauna retreat experience that includes nature, movement, sauna, cold plunge, food and community.
