Coffee Shop Team Lead

Lead the day-to-day coffee shop experience and help create the warm, welcoming community at the heart of Finn Hollow. We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading and developing people, delivers exceptional customer service, and can help keep a small coffee shop running smoothly. You'll work alongside the team while supporting training, scheduling, communication, and operations.

Retreat Facilitators

We're looking for warm, engaging facilitators to guide small-group sauna retreats through hot and cold exposure, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, journaling, nature connection, storytelling, communal meals, or other restorative practices. Experience leading yoga, mindfulness, coaching, recovery groups, outdoor education, or other group experiences is a plus. Please send a resume and a few lines about why Finn Hollow appeals to you. 

Barista Shift Leads

Help lead the café team by setting the tone for exceptional hospitality every shift. As a Barista Shift Lead, you'll support daily operations, coach and encourage teammates and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. We're looking for someone who leads by example, stays calm in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping both people and processes succeed.

Baristas

Be the friendly face that welcomes people to Finn Hollow. As a Barista, you'll craft exceptional coffee and beverages, build connections with guests, and help create a café where everyone feels seen, welcomed, and at home. We're looking for kind, dependable people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality. Coffee experience is a plus.

Local Artists

We're seeking local artists to help bring Finn Hollow to life through rotating exhibitions that celebrate beauty, nature, community and creativity. Whether you work in painting, photography, fiber arts, ceramics, woodworking, or another medium, we'd love to showcase work for exhibition, consignment or commission that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere and sparks conversation. Musicians 

We're looking for solo musicians, small acoustic ensembles and sound practitioners to help create a warm, restorative atmosphere. Whether you perform acoustic music, Nordic folk, jazz, classical, singer-songwriter, singing bowls, chimes, handpan or other calming sound experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
